Healing Happens Here
If you’re struggling with your grief, I want to help!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), Business Operations Manager for Vintage (Region 12 Area Agency on Aging), and an End-of-Life Doula.
I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I love weaving these professional identities together to help older adults and caregivers find meaning, reduce stress, and navigate challenging relationships and behavioral patterns.
I blend evidence-based practices with genuine human warmth, creating a safe space where you can explore, process, and grow at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating recent events or long-buried memories, I’ll walk beside you, celebrate progress, and offer practical tools that fit your everyday life. You deserve relief, clarity, and hope—and together, we’ll work toward them.
When I am not working with older adults and caregivers, I enjoy reading multiple books simultaneously, sipping all forms of caffeine, trying to train the ravens in my neighborhood to screech “Nevermore,” and learning everything about everything. “Did you know moose can dive up to 20 feet?” I have a feisty teenage daughter, an imperturbable husband, and an incredibly clumsy cat.
